At Dezaint, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Mattress Return
We understand that selecting the right mattress is a significant decision. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 120-night home trial for our mattresses at Dezaint. Here’s how it works:
- Trial period: You have 120-nights from the date of original purchase or delivery to try out our new mattress in the comfort of your home.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be in like-new condition, free from stains, damage, or excessive wear.
- Additional Guidelines: We recommend using a mattress protector provided during the trial period to keep the mattress in optimal condition. Please do not remove the original tags and the law tag from the mattress, as it will void the 120-night home trial.

Exchanges:
- After your 120-nights home trial expires, no returns and/or exchanges will be accepted.
- Remember, it takes time to adjust to your body, and it requires a minimum of 21 days.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your mattress must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping cost: The customer will pay the cost of delivering the mattress to the company's warehouse located at 2675 W 76 ST Hialeah, Florida 33016, plus a $90 processing fee. '
By participating in our 120-night home trial, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the policy. It is not valid on clearance or floor models.
Pillows, Quilts, Bamboo and Microfiber Sheets Return
Returns:
- You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (NO ODORS, STAINS, OR HAIR), in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact our customer support team at customerservice@dezaint.com to request a return authorization.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of delivery or an in-store purchase.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Once you return the item purchased on our website, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This will be inspected before returning.
- You must keep the original receipt.
Exchanges:
- You have 10 days from the date of purchase in-store or delivery in its original packaging and condition.
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Products may be exchanged for items of equivalent value. Should the chosen replacement have a higher value, customers are required to cover the cost difference. Please note that for exchanges involving products of lesser value, we do not offer reimbursement of the price disparity.
Return shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Non-returnable items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including Dezaint-tech Adjustable Bed and Toppers.
Damage of defective items:
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately after purchase or delivery.
Cancellations:
Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
